Generates QR codes with error correction Level H (30%), in accordance with the requirements of Resolution 737 SUBTEL for equipment of reduced range.

This generator only creates the QR code. To comply with Resolution 737, the destination URL must be a compliance page in Spanish with the three required sections (commercial information, technical specifications, and declaration of conformity). Generating a QR code with any URL does not constitute compliance.
